The Alera Nico High Back Executive Chair has all the earmarks of a nice Executive Chair. Its padding is clearly visible in the headrest, back, seat and even on the arm rests.
To give you an idea about how this chair might accomodate you, use this as a guide. At 5’2″ your toes should touch the floor at the lowest seating height. At 5″10″ your feet will lay flat. 6′ to 6′ 7″ you should find a good fit depending on upper body length, you could by pass the head rest if your too tall in the body.
The castors are not meant for all floor surfaces, perhaps that leaves out bamboo flooring in Nipa Huts? Should work well in most though.

Pros and Cons of the Nico High Back Executive Chair
Fast Delivery, really fast delivery.
Fair amount of comfort while it could use a tad more padding in the seat and back which you’ll notice the heavier you are, but overall all nothing to gripe loudly about.
Assembly alignments awkward and difficult by oneself.
The chairs lowest height is 20 1/4″ inches, so ensure your desk accomodates this, remembering the arm rests sit much higher.
250 pound weight limit
If your feet don’t lay flat on the floor, its not going to be ergonomically correct for you, though you might prefer the higher height but its not going to be strict ergonomics.
Some complain of the seat back angle as not being comfortable, but most are okay with it, something to consider.
Final Thoughts on the Nico High Back Executive Chair
The Nico High Back Executive Chair is a chair for your short list. Its not as great as some 300 dollar chairs, but its close enough for the money that you may want to reconsider spending that much for a chair unless you need to impress someone with your ability to spend more than your ability to find save.
For anyone wanting a high back executive chair who like the higher seat, put this on your short list of dependable chairs.
